The SS Mohegan was a passenger liner tragically wrecked on Maen
Voes in 1898 with the loss of 104 lives.
Today she is collapsed lying northeast, southwest in between 18 and
28m with only her three enormous boilers standing. She is home to a
variety of marine life and surrounded by spectacular reefs. The area
is tidal and should be dived at slack water. She is a very popular
dive site with something for most levels of experience.
