The image obviously suffers from a green cast and lack of contrast and there is some blurring of the the fish due to their movement and slow shutter speed selected by the camera. Colour at this depth can be improved with software.

 

Back scatter quite evident here, however, I was surprised that it was not even worse considering the vis.

 

 

A nice image spoilt by back scatter, original image had plenty of resolution and could easily be cropped.
